The music business was different then Three Dog Night didn’t write most of their great music. Paul Williams and Hoyt Axton did, The Monkees relied on Boyce& Hart. The Carpenters relied heavily on Burt Bacharach and Hal David. As did Dionne Warwick. So, I looked it up. David Gates wrote this song…Sorry.
Great song. Music … Great song. Music today just cant even come close to the 70′s and 80′s. I really feel sorry for the young kids of today that didnt have this music.
