OPEN YOUR EYES!!!
...
OPEN YOUR EYES!!!
When the blade isn't installed, what do you see when you look at the bottom of the pan?
Answer: the small shaft that the blade mounts onto...hence the small hole in the bread. If you don't take out the blade at the correct time, the hole in the bread if much larger. Also, it makes it very hard to take out the bread from the pan when it's done.
