Bread Pakora Recipe by Manjula, Indian Vegetarian Gourmet

INGREDIENTS:
Make 12 pieces
4 firm white bread
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 tablespoon rice flour
1 teaspoon salt
Pinch of asafetida (hing)
1 teaspoon in seed
2 finely chopped green chilly
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (green coriander)
3/4 cup water
Oil to fry

Duration : 0:8:4

    Hing is not very important ingredient .. it is only used for digestive properties… although u can try Indian spice stores for… Hing (Asafoetida). or if u want u can use another spice instead of Hing’ …called (Carom seeds), which has the properties too.
