Diana, I suck at dough too! I made Italian Easter Ham Pie again this year….what drama. I bought the fresh dough from the pizza shop, it was beautiful. But it freaked me out! And I was all proud cause I rolled it….big deal! If you want the recipe let me know, it comes straight from family in south Philly from many years ago. OMG you two would LOVE it!
