I am making a cinnamon roll recipe using the dough cycle of my bread machine, and the recipe calls for bread machine yeast, and I am all out. I do have some Fleischmann's RapidRise yeast, and was wondering if it was o.k. to substitute that. Thank you in advance for your responces.
Yes. I use it all the time. Don't be surprised if it gives a better rise. You might have to adjust the amount in future recipes.
