Hi bakers,
I have recently purchased a Black and Decker bread machine. I find if I add all the ingredients in the beginning the machine squishes everything so fine that you cannot see things like sun dried tomatoes or olives.

My hubs likes to make bread in his bread machine. I thought it would be nice to have cranberry bread on Thanksgiving. I wondered if anyone had a good recipe?

I haven’t used my bread machine yet. I’m a little confused as to how the kneading attachment doesn’t destroy the bread when I remove it from the pan. The instruction manual does not address this concern anywhere. Please help!
