    the problem is that since flour can be piled lightly, or packed tightly, measuring by volume can be very inaccurate. You can fill a container with flour, then push on it a little, and the container will suddenly be only 80% full

    When I used flour the other day, it had a conversion right on the bag. From what I calculated, 1 oz of flour was about 1/4 cup.

    It tastes a lot like a donut, but it’s a little denser, and the outside is more crispy.

    Next time you’re at a fair or whatever, get one. They’re delicious, even if they have enough sugar (when you add toppings) to give an elephant diabetes.
