Dear Clara … THANK YOU!!! … we have 5 children and we’re down to one income due to a layoff … your recipes have been a life saver! my kids are older (9-18) with good appetites and these recipes leave them feeling full and satisfied and loved … i’m positive they don’t even have a clue that it’s 1/3 the cost of take out!! … THANK YOU!!! xoxo keep shakin that salt, Clara, we love you!

I never had hard bread with olive oil and
boiling water. What brings back old memories
is cornbread and milk or buttermilk. I wished
