I love to bake bread, pumpkin bread, zucchini bread etc. However, I keep running into the same problem. It sticks to the bottom and/or sides of the pan and the whole thing just falls apart. I have tried new pans, butter, butter and flour, a lot of butter, spray, letting it cool 15 minutes, letting it cool completely, but no matter what I do it still sticks. Please help!
You really have to glom on the crisco or butter. Or use a fresh can of Pam spray – use plenty.
Maybe you need a new pan – non-stick interior.

Spray it at each Use with any butter-flavored cooking spray… If THAT doesn’t work, -it means you need to invest in some NEW bake ware…

cut a piece of parchment paper to fit the bottom of the pan. once you lay it in the bottom just spray the sides and bottom. once you cook it let it rest for 15 minutes and run a knife around the sides and invert the pan it should come out with miner shaking.

try using a non stick baking pan brushed with crisco. Then with a layer of onion paper, then brush it again with crisco

use butter, crisco, non-stick spray… whatever you like to coat the entire inside of the pan.
then coat that completely with flour and shake out the excess.
put bread in the pan and bake.
when your bread is done cooking, let it cool, turn upside down, it’ll fall right out.

I’ll let you in on the easiest, cheater-est trick in the book…rip a large sheet of aluminum foil and cover the entire inside of the pan with it! After baking, just lift the bread out by the foil!

If you’d tried new pans and oils, Are you putting it on a cooling rack? If it just sets in it’s own heat, it continues to cook. Try putting on cooling rack so air can underneath and help it cool faster. Hope I helped.

I use silicone bake ware. I love it, it never sticks and is very easy to clean. The bread (sweet or classic) falls right out without any extra effort on my part. The only caution with this is to be careful not to overfill. It will expand and being flexible, if overfilled may come out oddly shaped. Hope that helps!
