How do you make low fat bread in a bread machine?

We have been eating Health Life bread which only has .5 grams of fat and 70 calories for 2 slices. I am wanting to make bread in our bread machine with the same nutrition or pretty close. I’m new with the bread machine, but I am sure it can be done.

You must have got a recipe book with it when you bought it.We have a Breville breadmaker & it has recipes for every type of bread you can imagine.Failing that, you could google it & maybe find a recipe.

Substitute the oil for natural unsweetened apple sauce, or at least that’s what I have been told. Though I never tried it, but it does sound as if it would work. Good luck! Oh! If my ears are ringing any time soon, I’ll know who is cursing me. LOL! Best wishes.
I just found this one that states it’s low fat:

You can make bread with just flour, yeast, water and salt. Fat is not a necessary component of bread making, but it keeps the bread from drying out completely.
