How do you store bread freshly taken for the bread machine and how you cut it?

Let it cool to room temp, then wrap in plastic wrap or a plastic zip bag (or a plastic tupperware thing)

I find cutting it easiest w/ an electric knife. You get much thinner slices that way.

If it was left in the loaf, be sure to dig out the spinner blade from the bottom of the pan before cutting.
