How long after baking does shortbread cookies expire?

I baked a batch of shortbread cookies today and I was wondering when do shortbread cookies normally expire? How long does it take after the baking for it to expire? Thanks so much!

As long as you store them in an airtight container or firmly wrap them in clear wrap you should be able to keep them about 10 days.

If you’re really worried about it though, why not freeze some? Again just firmly wrap them (airtight = no freezer burn) and put them in the freezer. Take them out about an hour before you want to serve them.
