Focaccia: an Italian flatbread brushed with olive oil and flavoured with grated Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt and rosemary – and so easy to make the dough in a bread maker!
1 cup + 1 Tbsp water
3 cups flour
2 Tbsp dry milk
3-1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 Tbsp butter
1-1/2 tsp fast-rise yeast
toppings:
olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, onion, rosemary leaves, salt & pepper
