I will take all as it don't need to be a bread machine one but would like a simple one. Thanks to all who reply ahead of time.
I have a wonderful recipe for zucchini bread. Even people who claimed not to like zucchini bread like this one: Here it is:
Zucchini Bread
1 c. veg. oil
1-3 tsp. Cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
2 c. zucchini, grated
1 tsp. Baking soda
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. flour (if using self-rising flour omit baking powder,
baking soda and salt)
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla and zucchini together. Add dry indredients (flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda, and salt). Mix well. Add nuts if desired. Pour batter into 2 well-greased loaf pans. Bake in pre-heated oven at 325 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours. Check loaves every 5 minutes after the first hour of cooking. When toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, bread it done. Cool on racks. Cut and eat. Enjoy.
This is a recipe I use all the time. I even make mini-loaves and send several with my husband to work. Some people like nuts and others don't so I make both types. Many people have said it is the best they have ever eaten. Also when I grate my zucchini I grate it using the smallest grate pattern I have.

Bread machines are actually made to make bread that needs to rise one or more times with yeast. Zucchini bread is a "quick bread" or really a sort of cake that doesn't need to rise. So you can skip the bread machine — just type "recipe zucchini bread" into your web browser and use a regular loaf pan and your oven.
Happy cooking!

You don't need a bread machine. This recipe is fantastic and makes two loaves, so you can freeze one for later.
Zucchini Bread
3 eggs
2 1/4 cups sugar
3 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup oil
2 cups zucchini, grated
3 cups unbleached flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 cup nuts, chopped
Beat eggs until light and fluffy. Add sugar, vanilla, and oil. Blend well.
Stir in grated zucchini.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Blend with creamed mixture.
Fold in chopped nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9×5 in. loaf pans.
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove immediately from pans and cool on rack. Freezes well.
Yield: 2 loaves.

Agreed with first answer. By the way, the best zucchini bread I've ever had, had a sprinkling of chocolate morsels in it. So good!
