if I use milk in my breadmaker, is it OK to use cold or should I warm it up?

Thanks everyone!

It depends on your breadmaker. My machine has a preheating mode, so the temperature doesn’t matter.

If your owner’s manual requires warm liquid to activate the yeast, yes, you should heat the milk.

Always better if the liquids are room temperature. If you are starting with milk and the yeast, i would even suggest you warm the milk to get the yeast started.
