I had a problem …
I had a problem when I tried to recreate this recipe in my kitchen: my water/yeast + dry ingredients mixture was extremely soupy. I stirred and “kneaded” the mess for 20 minutes before I started adding more flour a handful at a time. It took several additional handfuls to bring the mixture together into a proper dough. However, now it’s sitting in a bowl, rising while I wait .
