Dear Manjula, The Naan bread looks harder than what I normally see in the restaurant. How do I keep the Naan bread soft? Should I cover it up as soon as it is out of the oven? Thank you. You are the best!!

i love how simple you made it look, but how do you cook naan bread flat- instead of plump. theres nothing wrong with how you made it i just remember working at a middle eastern resturaunt and they cook it in a really hot stove for like a split second and i thought it was cool of how the dough would stick to the walls! and is there a specific place to get that stone?

    I had a problem …
I had a problem when I tried to recreate this recipe in my kitchen: my water/yeast + dry ingredients mixture was extremely soupy. I stirred and “kneaded” the mess for 20 minutes before I started adding more flour a handful at a time. It took several additional handfuls to bring the mixture together into a proper dough. However, now it’s sitting in a bowl, rising while I wait . :D
