This is how I washed my hair with baking soda, it turned out great and you should try it, too! Most natural sistas wash their hair with baking soda, but anyone can do it. It removes build up, dirt, dandruff, petroleum, mineral oil and any other you do not want in your hair. My hair turned out FABB!!! Love it! To get straight natural hair, i recommend TOURMALINE products. Theres a flat iron called the SEDU and it gets your hair bone straight by using a gem called the tourmaline which is infused into the plates instead of being coated. I will do a tutorial on my sedu flat irons soon so u can see how i get straight unrelaxed hair I would say about 5 inches on the bottom are relaxed from old relaxers i did back in the day ….. but i stopped relaxing around august 2008 and havent looked back, i never have been one to get lots of relaxers, they suck to me and make my hair thin, thick hair is where its at.

Okay so your a transitioner and use heat often which explains the straight hair. I love my curls and i am glad you did this video to show what would happen if you flat ironed often. I flat iron with my FHI only once a year. But for those who want straight hair without the chems your way is the way… ;0)

I use baking soda to clarify my hair every month or when my hair start to feel weighed down(yucky), and it get my scalp and my hair real clean. I never had a problem with baking soda. anavywife28, keep doing your thang, girl. It is working!
