I love making homemade bread, I'd love to have a machine to help. Which one is the best?
I to love to make homemade bread. I have had a DAK turbo 4 for 14 years, and it finally gave out. Now I've a Toastmaster, and it does the trick for me. I do not cook my bread in the bread maker tho, only use it for the kneading process, which is time consuming, and hard on arthritic hands. Any bread Machine will knead your doughs beautifully, using the manual, or dough setting. Then your dough is ready for whatever you want to do with it. You can make pizza dough this way, It's fabulous, hard rolls, dinner rolls, sandwich loaves, artisan breads, and any other breads you like to make. This way you don't have to worry about weather or not the bread maker you've bought is really a good one, as long as it does the kneading for you, you are in complete control. Hope this helps, and Good Baking!
