		<description>Baking powder and baking soda are 2 different items.  Baking powder, normally double acting, is actually baking soda plus cream of tartar.  They are both used as leavening agents in cookies and cakes.  While they don&#039;t taste good raw, I rarely notice their taste in the finished baked product.  If I do notice it in the finished product, I probably use less the next time.

As far as the fridge fresheners, I use my old box of baking soda.  If they&#039;re actually selling fridge fresheners, they&#039;re just trying to make an extra buck.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
