Hey ! I'm going to buy a panini grill this week and I was just wondering what kind of bread do you actually use to make those sandwiches. Usually, in fast foods/cafes, they have like half cooked baguettes, can I find them at the grocery store ? Because if so, I never noticed them !
Foccacia and Ciabatta are great for paninis.
Any bread loaded with herbs is also good to use.
avoid tasteless white bread.
What kind of bread do I need to make good paninis ?
