What’s the difference between French bread and normal one both of them made by bread machine ?
I have a bread maker witch have two main setting : French and normal
what’s the difference between the two in term of texture taste, softness?

With my bread machine, we like the way the crust comes out better with the French bread setting than with regular. I haven’t made the regular bread in a long time, but I think the ingredients and/or proportions are different too. Hope that helps. Maybe try making one small loaf of each and see which one you like better. They freeze really well in an airtight ziplock bag, so if you have extra leftover, you can freeze it.
